The Form Reformatory Studies Of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction By Semi-bionic Extraction

Objection: To reform the form of the Huanglian Jiedu Decoction bySemi-bionic Extracton (SBE) under the basis of optimum extractive condition. Method: The contents of berberine , wogonoside , geniposide , total alkaloid, total flavonid , extract weight and total integral calculus area of HPLC by gradient washing are taken as indexes , the optimum drug combination mode and the alcohol precipitation concentration by SBE method are selected . Four kinds of extraction methods that are SBE , Semi-bionic Extraction Alcohol Precipitation (SBAE) , Water Extraction (WE) and Water Extraction Alcohol Precipitation (WAE) are compared . Huanglian Jiedu Capsule which has high contents of chemical compositions and good effects is formulated. Its qualitative standard is established which includes identification, inspection and determination of chemical compositions. Result : The optimum drug combination mode of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction is that Rhizoma Coptidis , Cortex Phellodendri and Fructus Gardeniae are decocted together, and Radix Scutellariae is decocted alone . The comparative order of four kinds of extractive methods is : SBE>WE>SBAE>WAE . Conclusion : SBE which can ensure the quality and raise curative effect of the form is a better method than ordonary extractive methods . The preparation of Huanglian Jiedu Capsule testifies again that SBE method has broad prospect in preparating oral form of Chinese medicine.
