Clinical And Experimental Study Of Astragale Injection Combined With Panax Notoginseng Saponins On Unstable Anginia Pactoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Based on the Qixue,visceral manifestation theories and the pinciple of identifying patterns and determining treatment,the basic pathomechanism of unstable anginia pectoris(UA) was pointed out to be Qi deficiency and blood stasis and the basic treatment principle was boosting Qi and activating blood circulation.According to this,we chose Astragale Injection(boosting Qi),Luo tai(Panax Notoginseng saponins powder injection,activating blood circulation) and the combination of them. 8 8 cases of UA patients and 65 mouse modles of myocardial injury induced by Isoprenaline(Iso) were observed through the influence on EKG,symptom effects,cardial function,endothelium-dependent relaxing function of right brachial artery,CD62p,CD63,ET,vWF,NO,MDA,SOD,T ' lymphocytesubgroup,myocardial enzynies.The result showed that there were serious vascular endothelium injury,platelet activition ,lipid peroxidation and reduction of cardial relaxing-systolic function and cellular immunity function in UA patients.After the treatment of Astragale Injection and Panax Notoginseng saponins,the patients' clinical symptoms and the myocardial injury of mice alleviated.They had the pharmacological function of protecing vascular endothelium function,inhibiting platelet activation,antioxidation,improving cardial function,regulating cellular immunity,and so on.The effect of the combination was superior to either of them.It manifested that the combination of boosting Qi and activating blood circulation could work in coordination and strenthen the treatment effect.The study primarily expounded the rationality and validity of boosting Qi combined with activating blood circulation in preventing and curing UA.It provided reliable experimental basis to optimize the method of boosting Qi and activitng blood circulation in the treatment of UA.
