Studies On The Purification Procedure And Analyses Of Anti-Tumor Effective Constituents Of The Needles And Stema Of Taxus Cuspidata

Taxus Cuspidata Sieb.et Zucc stems originated from Taxaceae. Ever since 1970, the plants of Taxaceae has been the target of natural anti-cancer agent.The effective constituent parts were isolated and partly purified by using the serum pharmacochemical method in the previous studies, and the constituents are consisted of diterpenoid and flavones, in which taxol and sciadopitysin are the marker substance. In this experiment, the modification of the purifying procedure of effective constituents parts has been carried out, the parameters which influence the performance of macro-reticular resins have been fixed by HPLC. From the effective parts, four compounds were isolated, two of them has been identified as Taxinine and Ginkgetin, the later one is discovered in Taxus cuspidata for the first time.Based on the above results, the known compounds such as taxol, taxinine, ginkgetin and sciadopitysin in the purified effective parts were determined, and as well the total diterpenoid. The content of taxol is 1.72%, taxinine is 18.08%, ginkgetin is 8.29%, sciadopitysin is 9.28%, and the total diterpenoid is 69.9%.
