Experimental Study Of Effect Of Baoxinjiangyakang Reverse Left Ventricular Of Rat With Pressure Overload

Heart is one of the main target visceral organs in hypertension disease, and its main clinical performance is left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Using traditional Chinese medicine to treat left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) have advantage of multi-aspects and multi-ways. TCM is not only descend blood pressure to a normal figure, but also reverse the interstitial fibrosis of cardiac muscle cells. On this research, according to study of rat with pressure overload, we get a conclusion of baoxinjiangyakang from hemodynamics, pressure, LVMI, ultrastructure, immuneohistochemistry, etc.Result show that: 1.baoxinjiangyakang has good effect on blood pressure. 2.it can decrease LVMI. 3.it can improve function of left ventricular. 4.according to optical microscop and electron microscope research on model rat ultrastructure and pathological, baoxinjiangyakang can resist collagen deposion , interstitial rebuilding, mend myocardial function.
