| OBJECTIVE: The aims of This work were to analyze The levels of CD3+T,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in aging process and study on clinical curative effect of Kangshouyi capsule。METHODS: The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ were measured by APAAP in 58 elders and 27 youngers. We picked 28 cases out of 58 elders who are aging to take Kangshouyi capsule and contrast group from elder people which had 30 cases. The target was immunologic function.Rusult: (1) The levels of CD3+ in elder group were significantly lower Than The younger group (p<0.01). (2)The levels of CD4+ in elder group were significantly lower Than The younger group (p<0.01) (3) The levels of CD8+ in elder group were significantly lower Than The younger group(p<0.01). (4) The levels of CD4+/CD8+in the elder group were significantly lower Than The younger group(p<0.01).(5) The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ between The Therapeutic group and The contrast groupwere no differences(p>0.05).(6) There were negative correlations between The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ and age(p<0.01).(7) We find no sex-related differences in The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,and CD4+/CD8+ (p>0.05). (8)In test group , differences of CD3+,CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were notables after treatment (p<0.05). The levels of CD8+ were observed no change(P>0.05) compared to before.Conclusion: (1) The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ increased with age. (2)The Kangshouyi capsule can effectively improve The levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ of senile body(P<0.05).(3)It can improve symptoms of aging.(4)There are no side-effects. (5)It had action of anti-senility.
