The No.3 component is: 0.9%NaCl 2ml + NAC 2ml(100mg) + ipratropium bromide aerosol liquid 1ml(0.25mg) + heparinum 1ml + fosfomycin 2ml(200mg)+10%NaCl 2ml+5%NaHCO3 5ml. The basic property is PH 7.8 and osmole equal 3.5%NaCl. This is used as COPD patients' long-term part medicine during stable period.
