Objective To study the relationship between platelet CD62p , CD63 and microalbuminuria and the correlated risk factors by observing the changes of CD62pN CD63.N blood pressing plasma glucose and serum lipid in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods The subjects for study were divided into three groups:healthy controls with 20 cases, at the same time, according to urine albumin excretion rate ( UAER ), eighty cases of type 2 diabetic patients were divided into two groups:group DM A (Normoalbuminuria group, UAER<20 u g/min) with 40 cases , group DM B ( microalbuminuria group, 20 u g/min cholesterol (CH)-. triglycerin (TG)- high-density lipoprotein(HDL)> low-density lipoprotein (LDL)> very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL) and postprandial levels of plasma glucose (PG2h) were measured. Results l.CD62p CD63 levels were significantly higher in type 2 Diabetic patients than that of normal controls (PO.01), CD62p CD63 were positively correlated with CD63(r=0.805,P<0.01) ; 2. Compared to normal group, CD62ps CD63 levels of the normoalbuminuria group in type 2 diabetic patient were higher (P<0.01), and CD62p CD63 levels of the microalbuminuria were remarkably higher than that of the normoalbuminuria group (PO.01); at the same time, CD62p> CD63 were positively correlated with UAER (P<0.01); 3. It was demonstrated that positive correlation existed between UAER and CD62p, CD63, blood pressure, Plasma glucose- serum lipid<. duration (P<0.01); 4. CD62p, CD63 were positively correlated with blood pressure , plasma glucose, serum lipid(p<0.01 or p<0.05); S.Multivariate stepwise regression analysis revealed that in type 2 diabetic patients microalbuminuria had correlation with the CD62pN FPG, SBP, VLDL; CD62p had association with DBP, UAER, TG and CD63 had correlation with DBP, VLDL, Duration. Conclusion 1.Increased CD62p CD63 in type 2 diabetic patients was one of early diagnosis criteria of DN, which remind us watching out for early stage of diabetic nephropathy and guide the degree of nephropathy . 2.The fact that CD6, CD63 were positively correlated with blood pressure , plasma glucose, serum lipid in type 2 diabetic patients showed us that hypertention, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia were risk factors causing the platelet activation. 3.As an independent risk factor activated platelet together with hypertention, hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia participated in the occurrence and development of DN in type 2 diabetic patients, which guide clinical inference treatment directing against DN.
