The Clinical Observasion Of The Tubal Infertility Female On Fu Yan Decoction And Tubal Hydrotubation

The tube obstruction is one of the main causes resulting in the infertility female.Traditional Chinese Medicine. T.C.M.).researches that tubal infertility is caused by tagnation of Qi and blood stasis. Fu Yan Decoction (F.Y.D) can regulate the flow of Qi,remove blood stasis and clear away heat and toxic material, which was applied by the author's tutor.professor Han.at the same time, we combined with tubal hydrotubation.The author studied 74 cases together.There are 40 cases as the treated group.There were 20 cases in the comparision I group and the other 14 cases in the comparision II group.The auther use F.Y.D. following with tubal hydrotubation in the treated group.The comparision.group use Fu Yan Decoction or tubal hydrotubation.The study proxed that total effective rate rose in the treated group(95%) as compared with that of the comparision group (80%,64.29%),meanwhile,clinical stomptoms of patient were perfect obviously.Itimply that F.Y.D. combining with tubai.hydrotubation has satisfing effect.with the age growing and time prolonging,it is more diffcult to be cured.
