Effect Of Endothlial Cell Growth Factor On Human Gallbladder Epithelial Cells Culture And A Study Of Inflammatory Regulation Of Extrahepatic Bile Duct Epithelial Cells By PPAR-γ Ligand

Objective To explore the effect of Endothelial cell Growth Factor(EGF) on Human Gallbladder Epithelial Cells (HGBEC) culture.Methods HGBEC were cultured in DMEM medium with EGF, compared with control group.Results The number of HGBEC in test group is more than that in control group, so is the duration of HGBEC in test group. The longest duration is 25 days.Conclusion EGF added to DMEM medium can prolong the duration of HGBEC and increase the number of HGBEC.
