A Study On The Effect And Mechanism Of ZaoShiXiYao On Treating Child Acute Eczema

Child acute eczema is a common disease in dermatology, which can be treated by TCM with obvious advantage. The effect and mechanism of ZaoShiXiYao have been studied through clinical and experimental study. In the clinical study, 56 cases of child acute eczema patients are treated with ZaoShiXiYao. The total effective rate is 92.86 per cent, with lower recurrent rate (2.78 per cent) and little side effect. Experimental study on ZaoShiXiYao shows that ZaoShiXiYao has the action of anti-inflammation, anti-bacterium itch-killing and suppressing the delayed type of hypersensitivity,which has significant statistical differrence compared with the control group and no iritating effect on skin.This study shows that ZaoShiXiYao has safe, convenient, definite curative effect as an external medicine.
