The research, derived from the basic theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine and that of modern medicine as well, was to investigate the etiology and pathology of mammoplasia. Clinical observation on the therapy of "Stimulating Jiaji(EX-B2) with electric-needling plus acupuncturing Renying(ST-9)" concluded as follows:After 2 courses of treatment, there were 19 cures, 27 markedly effective cases, 12 effective and 2 ineffective in the 60 cases of the treatment group; while there were 6 cures, 11 markedly effective, 7 effective and 6 ineffective in the control group. The effective rates in the treatment and control group were respectively 96.7% and 80.0% while the cure rates were 31.7% and 20.0%.All above suggested that the therapeutic effect in the treatment group was better than that in the control one, which was supported by data analysed by statistics (p<0.05).Moreover, in respects of clinical symptoms, blood hormone contents, near-infrared scan, molybdenum-target x-ray, effects in the treatment group were better than those in the control group.
