| To evaluate the effect of decreasing the blood pressure and protecting the kidney of SHR (spontaneously hypertensive rats) and study their mechanism.We use SHR as model group.Being treated for 8 weeks, the blood pressure was measured. After the rats were killed,aldsterone, angiotensinâ…¡of renal tissue , plasma were determined with radioimmunoannalysis.We also use gene chip to test the renal gene expression profiles of SHR and its alteration after being treated with Yangxueqingnao. The blood pressure of conscious SHR(sponteneously hypertensive rats)was decreased when the rats were treated with Yangxueqingnao. Ald of Plasma and tissue decreased after SHR receiving Yangxueqingnao. Angâ…¡ of kidney was reduced and it can improve the pathologic and ultriastrucure changes of glomerulus in SHR and lead to delaying of protecting kidney of the SHR. Some gene in kidney have been changed in the Yangxueqingnao group ,compared with the group of SHR.The results indicate that Yangxueqingnao has hypotensive effect on SHR and the effect of protecting kidney of SHR and the delaying of glomerulosclerosis.The mechanism may be through the system of angiotensin and aldosterone.Some candidate gene of Yangxueqingnao on SHR have been revealed using gene chip. |
