Studies On The Pharmacy Of JK Soft-Capsule

The research includes the preparation and the quality standard by orthgonal design and HPLC method,which is based on the analysis of the active parts in crude drug and pharmacodynamic selects, according to "the method of the new drug's registration" and the claim of research of the fifth class of new Chinese drugs and natural drugs.The selection of three parts of extraction is investigated by the influenzavirus of type A model and auricle swelling model. The results show the volatile oil is the anti-cold part, on the basis of which the best extraction technology has been selected by the orthgonal design.We reseach the quality control method of JK Soft-capsule and draw up the claim of crude drug, raw material and the quality standard of finished products. It gives the reliable basis to the internal quality control of the preparation.By determing the LD50 and studing the part pharmacology of the JK Soft-capsule, it is safe and effective in the treatment of chilling cold.
