Research On Theory Of Time-effect Treatment And Time-effect Criterion Of Treatment Measures

Medical treatment in echelons is the organizing form and system for wounded treatment established by Russ ion expert B.A.Opelly in 1915 according to the medical principle and military demands of battlefield wounded treatment based on the opinion of the treatment of wounded begin at the first echelon, continued in the middle echelon and ended at the rear area. Medical treatment in echelons has been popularly applied by the army of many countries so far.With the widely using of high technology weapons and equipments in the high technology regional war , it leads to the changing of combat mode ,combat theory , the categeory of wound and wound condition in the war, at the same time, rapid evacuation tool and field health equipment established by the high technology as well as the development of the theory and technology on wound treatment such as anti-shock,anti-infection , much concern has been raising for the influence on the treatment effect by the repeated treatments and over established echelons based on the medical evacuation of medical treatment in echelons. It is commonly realized that the research and development of the wounded treatment should focus on the following aspects so as to improve the time-effect of wounded treatment: immediate treatment, urgent resuscitation, fast evacuation under effective medical support and development of small evacuation tools. It can be concluded that the time-effect research of wounded treatment has become an important task in the high technology regional war. In this research, by using the wounded treatment experiences of foreign army and the treatment data of previous wars, based on the systematic analysis to relationship between the treatment time, measures with the treatment effect, the concept of time-effect treatment and the theory on time-effect treatment are put forward based on the theory on medical treatment in echelons. Furthermore, according to the results of systematically analyzing the data of wound in the previous war in China and other countries, through digitized coding, the mainly wounded types table of Chinese army is brought forward(56). The followingresearch on time-effect standard of treatment measures of Chinese army mainly wounds types is conducted and the correlated software of time-effect treatment measures is designed.Theory on the time-effect treatment is extracted from the wound treatment theory system of high technology regional war and based on the development of military high technology. By melting the research achievements of modern field medicine, field surgery and field sanitation equipment, theory on time-effect treatment mainly take the wound pathological character of mainly wound types as research target, aim to solve the problem of utilizing proper treatment measures to the mostly needed tache of the wound develop procedure so as to decrease the life danger and mortality of the wounded, raise the cure and rate of return to duty and guide deployment of medical evacuation echelons.
