The Experimental Study In Treating Acute Soft Tissue Injury With Liquid Membrane For Fast-Recovery From Injury

Objective: xiaoyanShan is The First Affiliated HosPital Hunan, college of TCM of external drug,xiaoyanshan has been used for treatment of acute soft tissue Contusion for forty years. Fast-recovery Injury Liquid Membrane was innovated by xiaoyanShan, we have experimented on experimental animals to show the effect of treatment of acute soft tissue injury contusion.Methods: Distribute NIH rat, or cavia porcellus 40 to four 4 groups:Fast-recovery Injury Liquid Membrane,xiaoyanShan,WanHuaYiu,con trol group, They were experimented with antiinflamation, analgesia on; Distribute randomly cavia porcellus 36 into 3 groups:Fast-recovery Injury Liquid Membrane,Model group,Control group, they were experimented with treatment of acute soft tissue injury on; cavia porcellus 4, they were experimented with skin sensitization self-controlly; Distribute rabbit 20 to 5 groups, them were experimented with LD50 on.Results: Our experiment showed that the new type preparation made by pure Chinese rnedicial herbs has antiinflamation,analgesia, no acute toxicity, and treatment of acute soft tissue injury to some extent. Conclusion: Fast-recvery injury liquid membrane is a new tyPe PreParation of Paint,made by Xiao Yan-Shan through Percolation with ethanol,and added high molecule chemical coPounds, we believed that the PreParation is a good external drug for treatment of acute Soft tissue Contusion.
