Respiratory amyloidosis is a rare disease , It can be categorized into three groups :tracheobronchial type,nodular parenchymal type and diffuse parenchymal involment type.Tracheobrochial amyloidosis is characterized by focal or diffuse deposition of amyloid in the submucosa of the trachea and proximal bronchi and may cause atrophy of the normal tracheobronchial wall structure. Herein we are report a case with diffuse tracheobrochial amyloidosis.We report the appearances of the CT and MRI with tracheobrochial amyloidosis and review the literature.
