PrefaceTramadol is an artificial non-opioids central acting analgesics, and no significant effect on respiratory and circulating systems, and no releasing of hista-mine and no elation. It also as no effect of muscular relaxation and itself dependence, and no influence on liver enzyme systems, urinary system and electrolyte. It is the point which tramadol hardly interacted with other medicine that make it more useful to the old patients who accepted with several treatments. At resent tramadol has been used more in the postoperative analgesia, less in the induction of general anesthesia . The objective of our study is to compare with fentanyl on the influence of hemodynamics, blood glucose, cortisol concentration during endotracheal intubation and to give a reference with the tramadol clinical treatment for old patients.Clinical Materials and Methods. Clinical Materials40 old patients, ASA I - II , without organ disease and endocrino- pathy, scheduled for general anesthesia, were randomly divided into two groups according to the sexuality, age, weight, basal blood pressure, heart rat, and disease. Group F was given Fentanyl and Group T received tramadol... Methods1. Anesthesia methods; Preoperation medicines were-. Luminal 0.1g, Atro-pin 0. 5mg im. All patients were monitored and Rimger solution was given intravenously. The same administration of two groups is Midazolam 0. 03mg/kg, Ve-curonium 0.1mg/kg, Etoidate 0.4mg/kg. Fentanyl 0. 003 mg/kg for Group F,and tramadol 4mg/kg for Group T. All patients were induced quickly and endo-tracheal intubated in 30 s, connected to Detex Omeda 110, inhale l-3% Isoflu-rane, N2o/o2l: 1.2. Collected contentAll patients were monitored SBP, DBP, MAP, HR, and blood glucose (BG) , cortisol concentration (CC) was got at the time of inter-room (T0) , before induction (Tj) , lmin(T2), 5min(T3), 15min(T4) after intubation. The BG was measured with Surestep-BG Meter and the CC was got by chemical methods.3. Statistical analysisAll the data were show asX S, SPSS 11.5 was used to statistical measure, P<0.05 as statistical significance.Results. The sexual, age, weight, basal blood pressure, heart rate of two groups have no statistical significance.. The change of hemodynamics; The change of two groups hemodynamics is nearly the same as that of before intubation . The DBF of Group F is lower than that of Group T at T2 , T3 ( P < 0.05). The MAP Group F is lower than that of Group T at T3. (P <0.05). The change of BG and CCThe BG of T2-T4 is higher than that of T0 for both groups ( P < 0.05). The CC of T2-T4 is lower than that of T0 for both groups( P <0.05). The BG and CC between two groups have no significance (P <0.05).ConclusionThe influence of tramadol on endotracheal intubation effect of old patients is positive, and it also made he hemodynamics, table.
