| This paper summarized the investigative status of the application of fou-rier transform infrared and near-infrared raman spectroscopy in bio-medical domain. Considering the importance of laser spectral technology in the study of diagnosing and therapy tumor, the research on FT-IR and FT-NIR of human blood were developed preliminarily in theory and experiment.Firstly, the status of the application of FT-IR and FT-NIR in bio-medical domain was introduced briefly. The deficiency of the rising spectral diag -nosing technology was pointed out. The theory of raman spectrum of human blood was expound.Secondly, the FT-NIR of human blood and it's component was discussed detailedly. especially for the difference of human red cell between the normal and the cancerous(including the assignment of characteristic groups of human red cell and the varying law of laman intensity with the irradiation time or the power of laser). The difference between normal and cancerous raman spectroscopy of human red cell was obtained in the spectral parameter of spectral figue, raman shift and intensity etal.Thirdly, the FT-IR of human blood was studied detailedly, especially for the human red cell. The difference of FT-IR of human red cell between the normal and the cancerous was obtainded. Finally, as a supplementary study, the preliminarily application of partial least square regression (PLS) in absorbtion spetrum of human blood was done. The possibility of the compound component quantitative analysis in human blood was carried out. |
