Objective: The purpose of this paper is to investigate the therapeutic effects and dynamically the serial concentrations of IgG, IgA, IgM, CD4+TC, CD8+TC, and blood rheological properties in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:40 cases with ACVD were randomly divided into two groups .Group 1 patients (n=20)were treated with IVIg 2.5g for 5 days combined with conventional treatment for 15 days(IG).Group 2 patients(n=20) were only received the conventional treatment as control group for 15 days (CG) .Meanwhile, blood IgG, IgA, IgM, CD4+TC, CD8+TC, rheological properties were detected before and after the treatment 2, 5, 15, 28days.Result:(1)The total effective rates were 90% and 60% in IG and CG respectively (P < 0.05) .There were significant difference between two groups. IG was superior to CG in clinical effects. (2)InIG , CD4+ TC, CD8+TC increasings have significant difference betweenthose before IVIg treatment, those after IVIg treatment 2 days, and those after IVIg treatment 5, 15, 28days,In the increasing of CD4+TC, CD8+TC, there were significant difference between two groups after treatment 5,15,28days. (3)InIG,IgG decreasing has significant difference between those before IVIg treatment, those after IVIg treatment 2,5days and those after IVIg treatment 15,28 days .In the decreasing of CD4+TC,CD8+TC,there were significant difference between two groups after treatment 15, 28 days. (4) In two groups, all hemorheological indexes were significantly decreased between those before treatment ,those after treatment 2,5days and those after treatment 15, 28days,There were not significantly meanings between IG and CG, Conclusion :IVIg might relieve the cerebral damages and multiple organ dysfunctions and shorten the course of ACVD, adjust the high level of IgG and the low level of CD4+TC ,CD8+TC. and not increase hypercoagulability and hyperviscosity of blood.
