The flourishing development of tourism speeds up the population shift all over the world and adds more chances which make tourists approach infectious diseases as well. Looking back through the history, infectious diseases made tremendous disasters to the human civilization that terrified people much. When pestilence disappeared in 1351,30.000.000 Europeans had been dead. 35.000 people died in London while there were 60.000 people before. 90% of the Eastern Europeans were infected by the influenza during 1742-1743. During the worldwide Spanish influenza between 1918-1919, 40% of the population had got the diseases while 25.000.000-50.000.000 people died from it. The death was far more than in the First World War. At the end of the 19th century, the third bubonic plague broke out among more than 60 countries extending over Asia, Europe, America and Africa. It made thousands of hundreds of people dead. In 1988,"jiaxing" hepatitis erupted in Shanghai where there were 10 thousand patients every day. At last, 310.746 people got the disease and 31 people died in all. In 2003, "SARS" made 8.437 people become ill and 813 people die. Each infectious disease's worldwide popularity not only does harm to people's health directly, but also affect world's economy, especially tourism. When "SARS" spreading, the world's tourism lost 5.000.000 working chances. Our country lost 16.000.000 man-times entering-country travel and 3.750.000.000 dollar. At the same time, internal travel reduced 250.000.000 man-times and 110.450.000.000 Yuan, To make mattersworse, it affected imports and export trade, foreign merchants' investment and so on. It made our own country not achieve the level which we should have realized. How can we deal with the disaster which infectious diseases make to travel during the development of tourism?
