Objective: Study the dissection and function of ACL to seek one kind of material to restore ACL anatomically.Method: 40 case of ACL rapture were studied, which were divided into two groups by random. Group I was semitendinous muscle autograft group, group II was crypresrved ACL allograft. After operation, they were observed in the general situation, the wound lading. ESR, CRP, joint activity, Lachman test. Through pairs of blind law, they were observed by the rejection response, joint activity, and the front stability fest and knee functional grade.Result: The average value of ESR and CRP of Group II is slightly higher than that of Group I, Which means cryopreservation can decrease the rejection response of ACL allograft. Both allo-ACL and the semitendinous muscle autograft can restore ACL rapture effectively. Group II can regain better functional recovery than group I. Conclusion: (1)The ACL allograft can meet the need of the complex structure of the staving and the end of ACL.(2) ACL alograft can restore effectively ACL rapture.(3) There is little rejection response in cryopreserved ACL.(4)ACL allograft can restore the more function of ACL. |
