| Coming from the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and combining the scientific research measures, this paper was studied in both clinical and experiment research.lt put forward that the important pathogenesis of tachy-arrthythmia of coronary heart disease (CHD) was deficiency of the kidney-yin and blood stasis and abstraction of channels.The prime therapy was nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation to relieve mental stress.Accordingly ,the formula named NingXin capsule was made up.The effect of NingXin capsule was observed in treating 38 patients with tachy-arrthythmia of CHD and compared with that in 32 patients treated by XinLvNing tablet.Clinical results showed that the markedly effective rate and total effective rate of anti-arrhythmia were 36.8% and 81.6% respectively in treatment group.The markedly effective rate of anti-angina was 35.7% and the total effective rate was 92.9%.NingXin capsule can improve symptoms effectively.Its total effective rate was 92.1%.There was significant difference in comparing with the control group (p<0.05).NingXin capsule can regulate lipid metabolism disturbance and reduce blood viscosity effectively.Experiment results showed it could act against tachy-arrthythmia induced by chloroform,barium chloride and coronary artery ligation in rats and against myocardial ischemia.The research results prove that nourishing Yin and promoting blood circulation to relieve mental stress is an effective therapy to tachy-arrthythmia of CHD.NingXin capsule has prominent clinical curative effect and substantial pharmacologic and potent fundament.This study deepens and enhances the therapeatic methods of tachy-arrthythmia of CHD.It does beneficial attempt to guid the clinic. |
