Objective: To study the expression of CD105 and CD31 in gastric cancer tissue, and their relationship with lymph node micrometastasis, the biological behavior in gastric cancer tissue. Methods: Immunochemical method was adopted to detect the expression of CD 105 and CD31 in 63 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of chronic gastritis, meanwhile, to detect micrometastasis in lymph nodes from 63 cases of gastric cancer by using monoclonal antibody of CK20, in which, conventional pathological diagnosis showed no lymph node metastasis. Results: (1) the mean value of CD105-MVD and CD31-MVD were respectively 40.97+15.67 and 25.87+10.54 in gastric cancer, which was higher than those in chronic gastritis, the difference was significant (P<0.01).(2) Of 399 HE staining negative lymph nodes of 63 cases of gastric cancer, micrometastasis was found in 42 lymph nodes (10.53%) of 22 cases(34.94%). the mean value of MVD of positive lymph node micrometastasis was more than that of negative, the difference was significant (P<0.01).(3) Expression of CD 105 was closely related to tumor invasive depth, PTNM stage, lymph node metastasis (p<0.01), not related to tumor size and grade (p>.05).Conclusion: (1) CD 105 was strongly expressed in gastric cancer, CD 105 was better than CD31 in staining gastric cancer tissue.㎝VD was closely related to the biological behavior of gastric cancer; Combined detection of MVD and lymph node micrometastasis was recommended to precisely deterime tumor stage, in order to direct cancer therapy and predict prognosis.
