Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of supplement qi to invigorate pulse-beat, clear heat to resolve phlegm and their compounded formula Guan Xin Kang on treating Coronary heart disease with angina pectoris(Syndromes of qi deficiency and phlegm heat) ,explore their effects on CRP. IL-6.Methods: Sixty patients were randcmly divided into two groups: Guan Xin Kang treated group and Buxinqi oral liquids control group, each of them has 30 cases of patients. The therapeutic course was four weeks,and followed up 3 monthes. Compared the therapeutic effects of tow groups.Results: 1. After treatment, the observal items such as happen times of angina pectoris , lasting time, the dosage of nitroglycerin, syndromes of Chinese medicine,electroncardiogram, hemorrheology,cardiac function,blood lipid, CRP, IL-6,etc, had been obviously improved(p<0.01).2. After treatment, the efficacy of treatment in the treated group was obviously superior to that in the controll group. (P<0.05).3. the efficacy of treatment in the treated group has obvious improvement before treatment.(p<0.05),while that in the controll group has no evident improvement in the follow up (P<0.05).4. The efficacy of treatment in the treated group was obviously superior to that in the controll group in the follow up (P<0.05).Conclusion: The method of supplement qi to invigorate pulse-beat, clear heat to resolve phlegm and their compounded formula Guan Xin Kang on prevent and cure Coronary heart disease with angina pectoris (Syndrome of qi deficiency and phlegm heat) have good effects.
