Studies On HPLC Fingerprint Chromatograph Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Honeysuckle And Its Preparation

The quality control of traditional Chinese medicine is a "bottleneck" during the development process. Up to now, the fingerprint chromatograph is focused great attention. To set up a fingerprint chromatograph of traditional Chinese medicine materials and its preparation is a utilitarian method. The research of fingerprint chromatograph is one of the hot spots of the traditional Chinese medicine modernization.The thesis showed the concept, significance and application of fingerprint chromatograph, offered the determination of it, summarized the influence factor of it. Honeysuckle, a commonly used drug in traditional Chinese medicine, is the dried bud of Honeysuckle, a woodbine, and its kindred. This research is mainly on the HPLC Fingerprint Chromatograph of honeysuckle material, its midbody and preparation. We studied the HPLC Fingerprint Chromatograph of Honeysuckle on the test sample solution preparation, the selection of reference matter, the optimization of Chromatography factors(i.e. the selection of Chromatography column, fluid phase,detecting wave), testified to the referred method in precision, repeatability, stability, andrepresented it with three other different types of HPLC instruments. We applied this method to a batch of control medicinal material, 19 batches of honeysuckle and a batch of pseudo- honeysuckle, calculated the similarity with the Similarity Evaluation Software developed by the Second Army University of Medical Sciences. The result is that the referred method can differential the truth and goodness of the medicinal material, the difference of their sources and kinds.Furthermore, the referred method exhibits the a broad applicability. When applied to the Honeysuckle mediates, it can separate their components well; when applied to the formulations of Honeysuckle, such as yinzhiyuan injection, shuanghuanglian oral solution, it can characterize the specific peak of Honeysuckle clearly, or the Fingerprint Chromatograph of the Medicinal material, the mediates, the formulations are relalted to one another. The testification shows its stability and liability.In addition, we find that the quality control specification of Honeysuckle in the current issue of China Pharmacopeia is simplex, and there are factors that would influence the content determination, which would lead to a higher result. Then we applied the step-washing to the content determination of honeysuckle, proving to be exact. Therefore, we advise to supplement the Fingerprint Chromatograph test in the quality specification of Honeysuckle and amend its content determination method, which will improve the quality control level of honeysuckle.In summary, we studied to establish the Fingerprint Chromatograph of the Medicinal material of honeysuckle and practiced the applicability. Our method may be used for the establishment of honeysuckle mediates and its formulations. In the same time, we studied further on the quality control of honeysuckle, proving to be applicable.
