The Study Of The Structure And Properties Of The Oinment-Film For Medical Application

A new kind of medical material-ointment-film for medical application is researched in the article, it has the function of gauze and rubberized fabric and can diminish inflammation, sterilize and stop bleeding etc. When the product is smeared on the skin or wound, it can become a layer of transparent film that has good permeability and sticks to the skin tightly. This film can resist dust and genru supply medication and nourishment, so the product can treat and prevent disease.We put emphasis on the study of the basic rule of producing all-purpose ointment-film( fundamental material, commonness product, commonness formula), probing the effects of film forming material, solvent, hole opening material , adjuvant and functional medication on macroscopical properties and the microstructure of ointment-film, researching the factors that influence the permeability and conglutination of film. We put forward the conception of "ideal dressing" and "ideal ointment-film for medical application" and its properties. We regard it as the research target.We adopt the principle of "one substance, many functions" that one kind of material has different functions to simplify formulation. The results show that the enzymolytic dialytic purification of pigskin not only promote to heal wound (provide nourishment), but also help to conglutinate film with the skin. And the smaller the molecular weight of the enzymolytic dialytic purification of pigskin is, the better the effect is. We find the condition in that the enzymolytic dialytic purification of pigskin consists in the ointment-film with equal phase structure.The testing results show that the bleeding wound is difficult to behealed after adding the water-soluble chitosan in ointment-film.The equal phase structure or the island structure of medicine in the ointment-film to relieve pain can be changed by arranging the sequence of adding material. So we can control the structure of ointment-film, then change its properties.We find the best combine of antagonistic effect and synergetic effect through many experiments, and research the special products (ointment-film to diminish inflammation and disinfect, ointment-film to relieve pain, ointment-film to stanch) on that basis . It shows that some properties of ointment-film are better than those of the other products in the market.There is not this kind of drug like ointment-film for medical application in codex of the People's Republic of China, we believe it may be a new kind of drug through our study.
