Experimental Study Of Anti-Myocardial Ischemia Effect Of YiXin Tong

Since 1950's,ischemia heart disease(IHD) hawe become a mainly causes of death of people. So the protect,diagonose and therapy of IHD have been a major occupation of cardivovascular investigators. The therapeutic arsenal that is currently available to physicians in combating IHD targets is deficient in direct cardioprotective agents that specifically target the myocardial cells. A safe and effective new therapy that slows the progression of myocardial ischemic injury and/or protects the myocardial cells would therefore be expected to synergize with existing therapies and provide considerable benefit.YXT, a traditional medicine prepared with mainly Shanzha abstract, has been used to the therapy of IHD. To study YXT synthetically, the rat myocardial ischemia model caused by isoprenaline and the experiment myocardial infraction dogs are used to observe the effect of YXT. Blood stasis model is used to observe the effect of YXT on blood viscosity and platelet aggregation.And the study on mechanism supplied the foundation of clinical therapy of YXT. The rat myocardial ischemia model is resulted from injection of isoprenaline. YXT(0.4g/kg, 0.2g/kg)could decrease ST length and the rised serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH). YXT(0.4g/kg, 0.2g/kg) could also lower the blood viscosity.Blood stasis model is created by injection adrenaline and coldness stimulation to investigate the effects of YXT on blood viscosity.Results show: YXT could improve hemorrheologic abnormality and lower the whole blood viscosity.Observe the effect of YXT on platelet aggregation rate of rat.Results show : YXT could inhibit platelet aggregation of rat.Observe the effect of YXT on experiment myocardial infraction dogs. Results show:YXT could ameliorate the myocardial ischemia degree(Σ-ST) and decrease the myocardial ischemia coverage(N-ST).YXT could also decrease the rised serum enzyme(such as AST,CPK and LDH).
