| ã€Objective】To study the expression of ET-1 ,Ki67 ,CD34 in breast cancer tissues and benign tumor tissues. The relationship between ET-1 , Ki67,MVD and lymph node metastasis was also disscussed to deduce the way of ET-1 affecting the prognosis in breast cancer. The clinical significiance of ET-1 affecting the prognosis in breast cancer was evalued finally. ã€Methods】S-P immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression level of ET-1,Ki67 and CD34 in 60 breast cancer tissues which were full follow-up and 10 breast benign tumor tissues. The correlation analysis was made between ET-1,Ki67,MVD and lymph node metastasis. ET-1 was also made correlation analysis with clinical parameters of breast cancer.Use Kaplan-meier and Cox regression to judge the role of ET-1 in breast cancer prognosis.ã€Results】It was found that the expression level of ET-1 ,Ki67 and CD34 in breast cancer was higher than that of benign tumor(P<0.05).The expression of ET-1 ,MVD and lymph node metastasis was associated with each other(P<0.05).There was a close positive correlation between ET-1 and Ki67 . Ki67 and lymph node metastasis also had the correlation(P<0.05).Compared with clinical parameters affecting the prognosis in breast cancer,the expression of ET-1 was only associated with lymph node metastasis and histological grading(P<0.05).The diffirent expression of ET-1 had effect on survival ratio(P<0.001). Cox model indicated ET-1 could affect survival independently and the Risk Ratio was higher than that of lymph node metastasis and histological grading(RR=9.917). ã€Conclusions】ET-1 may have effect on tumor angiogenesis and tumor invasion and metastasis in breast cancer. ET-1 may be a new valueable parameter of judging prognosis in breast cancer . |
