| Object: According to the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) , the 300?0g male guinea pigs were chosen and the asthmatic models were set up by the methods of setting up bronchial asthma in west medicine. Parameters of observation were the weight and the serum content of IL-4 and Eos of BALF. the effects of the medicine of ' Suxiao Dingchuan Decoction ' on IL-4 and Eos of BALF of model animals were observed. The lab animals were divided into five groups: the control group, the positive control group, Chinese medicine small dosage group, Chinese medicine big dosage group, west medicine group .The purpose of pharmacodynamics mechanism of ' Suxiao Dingchuan Decoction' in the treatment of asthma was based on the findings of study .Result: Compared with the normal group ,in animals of asthma group , the content of IL-4 and Eos of BALF increased . The medicine of ' Suxiao Dingchuan Decoction ' can reduce the content of IL-4 , Eos of BALF and improve the weight (p<0. 05) .Consulsion: the changes of content of IL-4 and Eos of BALF of model asthma was obvious. The medicine of ' Suxiao Dingchuan Decoction ' can bring on a satisfactory result in treating asthma through reducing the content of IL-4 and Eos of BALF. |
