Study On The Distributing-rule And Distributing-difference Of Symptom Complex Of Chronic Hepatitis B

Objective: To probe into the characteristic of symptom complex distributing of Chronic Hepatitis B in Hunan and the distributing difference due to different zone.Method: Investigate the literature for 5 years lately about symptom complex of Chronic Hepatitis B in Southern China Eastern China and Central China.At the same time, investigate symptom complex of Chronic Hepatitis B in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of TCM. The result showed:1. The distributing-rule of symptom complex of Chronic Hepatitis B inEastern China is:liver-depression and spleen asthenia>dampness-heataccumulation>blood-stasis in collatedal>liver-kidney yin deficiency>spleen-kedney yang deficiency; the rule in Southern China is:liver-depression and spleen asthenia>dampness-heat accumulation>liver-kidney yin deficiency> blood-stasis in collatedal>spleen-kedney yang deficiency; the rule in Central China is: dampness-heat accumulation> liver-depression and spleen asthenia> blood-stasis in collatedal> liver-kidney yin deficiency>spleen-kedney yang deficiency.2. The distributing-rule of symptom complex of Chronic Hepatitis B in The First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan College of TCM is. liver-depression and spleen asthenia> liver-kidney yin deficiency>dampness-heat accumulation> liver-depression and stagnation of qi. Dampness-heat and blood-stasis are primary double syndrome.3. The level of ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL in dampness-heat accumulation group was higher than others(P<0.05).4. The level of GLB in liver-depression and spleen asthenia group was higher than dampness-heat accumulation group(P<0.05).The level of GGT in dampness-heat accumulation group was higher than liver-depression and spleen asthenia group and liver-kidney yin deficiency group(P<0.05).5. The ratio of HBeAg, HBVDNA masculine was highest in liver-depre-ssion and spleen asthenia group, the liver-kidney yin deficiency grouptook second place.6. Conclusions:The primary symptom complex of Chronic Hepatitis B in Southern China, Eastern China and Central China were liver-depression, spleen asthenia, dampness-heat, yin deficiency, blood-stasis.ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL are related to dampness-heat;GGT is related to spleen asthenia;the ratio of HBeAg, HBVDNA masculine clew that HBV more actively in patients with deficiency syndrome.
