B and correlative factors of aortic smooth musle cell in atherosclerosis, the two monomes that is extracted from dan-shen root we research for clarification of operative materials and the different target.MethodsBy culturing the rat aortic smooth musle cell,We established the cell injury model by TNF- a .we analysed the expression of nuclear factor-kappaB, intercellular adhesion molecule-1. monocyte chemokine protein-1 and interleukin-1 interleukin-8Results1, The result of immunohistochemical method and cell ELISA showed that the expression of NF- K B have the strongest inhibition in high Sal B group and PDTC group.2, The result of immunohistochemical method and PT-PCR showed, compared with the Tan IIA group, the expression of adhension molecule can be decreased obviously in Sal B groups and depend on dosage.3 . In comparing with all the groups, the MCP-1 mRNA expression in PDTCU high SaK high Tan IIA groups were inhibited effectively.4. The result of radio-immunity showed the inhibition the IL-1 P expression is the most powerful in all groups.ConclusionDan-shen root monome can inhibit the expression of NF- K. B. ICAM-1 . MCP-1. IL-1 P .It prevent the genesis and progress of AS by inhibiting activation of NF- K B and correlative factors... |
