Medical service price is the key economic lever to control the medical services gross and structure, put the relationships between hospitals and suffer in order and optimize the disposition of medical treatment resources. As the establishment and development of socialist market economy, the medical service market is on the step of changing its structure. It is a practical problem concerned by sanitation administrators and patients how to set up and perfect rules and regulations of medical services price.This paper make a study of the influence factors to the Shanghai second grade hospitals medical service theoretically and empirically, and discuss the price strategies in the future. It includes the five parts: exordium, theoretical research, model and suppose, empirical study, and study conclusion.Firstly, it discusses the measures and methods of abroad medical service price. During analyzing the actuality of the Shanghai second grade hospitals medical service price, it finds the serious phenomenon of medical service price distortion. Medical service price can neither reflect its value nor reflect its supplying and its demanding. The distortion of price contuses the enthusiasm of the doctors and makes hospitals earn their main income from selling medicines.Secondly, it introduces the main influence factors of medical service price: cost, demanding, competition. Cost is the basic factor that influence medical service price. Hospitals must let their medical service items cost under social average cost and account item cost scientifically if they want to make merit. Because of the particularity of medical service demanding, Shanghai medical service market is made up of weal and market partly. Distinct competition and potential competition have become two important evaluate systems of hospitals competition.The third chapter focuses on model construction.
