| ObjectiveTo observe the tear-film function and corneal sensitivity after Keratoplasty.MethodsPatient: received fresh ( isolated time<8hrs ) cornea from the supplier who is healthy and have the same blood group. Time: until to 1 year after Keratoplasty. Item be observed: Corneal sensitivity. Shirmer Test I. Tear film break-up time.ResultsCorneal sensitivity and BUT get resume 2 months after Keratoplasty. The high tear secretion will be stable after local stimulation is eliminated.ConclusionIt need 3 months to 1 year or more time that cornea sensitivity and BUT get resume. And they are correlative. The high tear secretion in early stage after operation may concerned with local stimulation. |
