| Aim: To study the factors associated with neonatal birthweight ,and also the clinical value of these factors. Methods: Collect the clinical materials of the pregnancy womenjust before delivery, and also the materials of the theirneonates, such as the body weight index , body weight gain duringpregnancy, the height of fundus , abdominal circumference , bloodglucose level, biparietal diameter, fumer length . By theanalysis of all these factors ,this investigation shows theclose relationship between these factors and neonatalweight .Meanwhile ,there are many existing methods for themeasurement of evaluate the birth weight of neonates. Results: 1,Analysis of significance of these factors ,theheight of fundus of pregnancy women and the biparietal diameterof fetus have close relationship with the birth weight ofneonates. And with the use of multielements linear regressionequations, the study can elevate th agreement rate . 2,Throughthe analysis of existing equations , they may have little valueto clinical work. 3,The glucose levels of pregnancy women havenot clear linear relationship with the birth weight ofneonates. Conclusion: This study suggested that all these factors should be included in the prediction of the fetus weight . |
