Clinic Analysis And Tracing Investigation Study Of Henoch-Sch(?)nlein Purpura

Research PurposeAllergic Purpura, AP, one of the most familiar vasculitis in childhood. And it was named Henoch-Schonlein purpura too,with main symptom of non-thrombo-cytopenic purpura, arthritis or arthralgia, stomachache, gastrointestinal ham-orrhage and nephritis, which is a type of systemic allergic microvasculitis. The desease is self-limited. Most patients have favorable prognosis. The prognosis of HSP is mainly determined by the involvement of the kidney. The rate of the involvement of the kidney was indicated ranging from 30% to 50%, which was shown by 100% in pathological studies. And regard should be on. But the rate of final nephrosis is variable and seldom reported. It' s worth studying as well. It was established that traditional Chinese medcine and herbs has good recent effect in treating HSP, but the long-term effect is still not clear, and relative study is rear. So it' s necessary to do more work in this area. This study mainly tries to analyse the clinic situation of HSP, such as the clinical charat-eristic, the application of traditional Chinese medcine and herbs and the risk factors of the involvement of the kidney, and initially investigate what influence traditional Chinese medcine and herbs can have in the rate of the involvement of the kidney and the development. Finally the guilding advices for clinic will be given in the future.Methods & Procedure1. Methods:retrospective study.2. Procedure:①Literature searches :collecting literatures about HSP by using the CNKI system to know about the study progresses in the previous decate.②Summarization writing: summarizing literatures about HSP in the previous decate to indicate the study progresses in ditail.make statements and suggest the necessary and feasibility to study the long term effect of healing HSP by Chinese traditional medcine and herbs.③Form design:designing a tracing form to record data in tracing investigation comprehensively and exactly, according to the characteristics of HSP.④Basic data collection:referring the case-histoties in the previous decatein the case-histoties keeping to find out the cases that were fit for the diagnosis standard mentioned in the ZHUFUTANG Practical Pediatrics(Version 7), and recording the detail data of the first in-patient histoties of HSP.⑤Tracing investigation:it is going in 3 ways:to investigate by mails, requiring their return;to investigate by telephone; to investigate by interview, questioning, examining and having tests about urine, renal function,etc; finally recording them exactly.⑥Statistic & analyse: by using SPSS10.0, putting in data and counting, analysing data with the help of Binary logistic analyse program.⑦Conclusions:according to the analysis result, concluding the general char -acteristic in HSP, analysing the situation of the application of traditional Chinese medcine and herbs and the risk factors of the involvement of the kidney,and initially evaluating what influence Chinese traditional medcine and herbs can have in the rate of the involvement of the kidney and the development. The prognosis evaluation standard accoding to English scholars(Meadow, Counahan, etc.)' s.Research Result & ConclusionThe study shows the general characteristic such as age,sex, etc. of HSP accords with those mentioned in literatures.It seems the skin symtom is the essential symtom to HSP. The involvement of the kidney always goes with low-level hamaturia, and it is used to repeated attack or constant exist, and it' s hard to cure. Risk factors analysis results indicate the variety between male and female in the involvement of the kidney, and hematochezia may be a high risk factor for the involvement of the kidney. But non-renal symtom may not be relative to.It seems Alb is not relative to the prognosis of HSP in the analysis result. Because of few cases.it is not relevant to consider that Alb is meaningless to the prognosis of HSP.In TCM, according to the analysis, it is suggested that blood stasis might be invisible in HSP and there exists a problem of irregular diferentiation of syndromes and healing mathods in healing HSP. In order to promote therapy effect.it' s advised to set up therapy rules of TCM. The study does not show that the type of syndrome has relationship with the involvement of the kidney.It seems the rate of the involvement of the kidney was not obviously decreased, though with the healing of traditional Chinese medcine and herbs.
