| 1 maIoccIusionObjective: To analyze condyle movement of normal occlusion and Angle I occlusion to know differentia of the range and style between Angle I malocclusion and normal occlusion group, also give reference to the next study in condyle movement of Angle II Angle III malocclusion and TMJDS.Method: Condyle movement trace of normal occlusion group and Angle I malocclusion group was recorded during mandible opening and closeing, protrusion and retrusion, laterotrusion with the Computer Aided Axiography (CADIAXIII) and were analyzed in the style and range.Result: 1. Normal group: The condylar path lengths of the left condyle is the same with the right in opening and closeing, protrusion and retrusion. The condylar path length of non-work side in medio.left and medio.right has no statistical difference. Normal condyle has not difference between the male and female.2. The Normal group compare with Angle I group: Difference was found in the right condyle fore-and-aft path length of opening and closing between the two groups (P =0. 014<0. 05). Difference was found in the left condyle 3D length of medio.right (P <0.05) .3. The Angle I group: Difference was found in Condylar path of vertical length in protrusion and retrusion between left and right condyle (P=0.041 <0.05 ) , No difference was found in the transverse length of medio.right between left and right condyle(P=0.327 > 0.05). Condyle sagittal range of lateral movement (to left) has difference between occlusal interference group and contact group of Angle I group(P=0.012<0.05) .Conclusion: 1. Obtain the movement range of the volunteers with normal occlusion in this study.2. Static trace of Normal occlusion condylar movement is flaring and symmetric curve o There are not found significance in different gender or right-and- left .3. Condylar movement could be affected by the low-grade maocclusal.Graduate : Xu Liang Dong (orthodontics)Directed by : ChengJie... |
