Probe Of Impuise Oscillometry Pulmonary Function And SICAM-1 And SVCAM-1 In The Evaluation Of Asthma Therapy

Objective To probe the pole of Impulse Oillometry pulmonary function(IOS) and soluble cellular adhesion molecular(AM) in the evaluation of children' s asthma therapy , through which we aim to find the best evaluation criteria .Method: 34 cases during attack period and 23 cases in remission period and 16 cases of control group were tested by IOS in Master Screen System. In the Same time the last 23 cases during the attack period and 29 cases in remission periOd as well as 36 cases of control group received sICAM-1 and sVCAM-1 evaluation through Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA)method.Results. First, these were significant differences between attack group and remission group with IOS evaluation to R5 R5-R20 X5 Fres Zrs (q=5. 84 —15. 96, P<0. 01).Not only R5-R20 Fres(q=10.18, 6. 80, P均<0. 01,but also R5 R5-R20 Rp( q=3.04~3.42,P < 0.05 had significant differences between remission group and control group.The abnormality Of R5-R20 and Fres got to 100% in attack period while R20 abnormality was the lowest(18%). So you can get the conclusion that the peripheral airway obstruction is the main change during attack period. Second, The serum soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 of attack group were significantly higher than that of control group (q =6.23-26.15, P<0. 01) and the latter also had significant difference with the remission group (q=16.86,12.46, p<0.01 ), which mean airway inflammation exist even in remission period. The last but not the least, we found that R5-R20 can indirectly reflect the level of airway inflammation. Serum sICAM-1 sVCAM-1 had positive relativity with R5-R20 (r=0.45~l, P<0. 01) .Conclusion: There are good relativity between IOS and sVCAM-1 as well as sICAM-1. They all can reflect the level of airway inflmation. For children asthma esp. infantile asthma JOS is the best criteria in the evaluation and surveillance of children' s asthma therapy.
