Purpose: Internal and external research in breast real-contrast ultrasound has been focused on using color Dopple contrst-ultrasound to enhance Doppler signal which inside or outside vessel to improve the evaluation of vascular morphology inside the tumor. The purpose of our research is utilizing grey- harmonious contrast ultrasound combine with Time- Strength curve and compare with blood frequency chart character to analysis blood dynamics character of breast tumor ,At the same time ,We apply color Dopple contrst-ultrasound to evaluate the vascular morphology inside the tumor. The hope is provide more valuable information in early diagnosing of breast cancer Materials and Methods: 166 breast cancer patients confirmed pathologically were recruited in this study, Breast cancer 107,Fiber gland lump 32 examples, The mammary glands increases to living 27 examples. Another 16 tumors was checked up of contrast ultrasound before operation and was confirmed pathologically. All for female. Sonography was performed with Philips HDI 3000 and with transducer frequency 5-12MHz. Color Doppler flow imaging and energies Doppler imaging were added after checking the tumor, the morphology of tumor blood vessel were observed. Pulse Doppler was added after checking the tumor to withdraw the blood dynamics parameter. The ultrasound contrast agent is SonoVue (The company of Bracco, Italian). Instrument adopts esaote company Technos DU8 and Contrast Tuned Imaging( CnTI) technique combine with time-strength curve analyze software to measure the quantitative parameter. The type of the probe :LA 532,frequency :7.5~10 MHz。 Results: The blood stream signal in malignant tumor was rich than benign tumor .but the blood stream signal of grade II has no statistical significant in the differentiation of malignant and benign breast masses(P>0.05). Therefore we think that we must further analysis morphology of the breast vessel. center ,penetrating vascular structure has more significance in malignant lesions than benign lesions(P<0.05) .Vmax and RI of vascular structures were calculated by Doppler spectral , Only the Vmax of inside tumor has statistical significance. In the malignant masses ,peak wave of contractive period often appeared ahead, accelerated time often shorter than benign masses ,the wave of diastolic period often descend quickly or the latest wave of diastolic period often did not appear, In the benign masses ,peak wave of contractive period often appeared normal, accelerated time often longer than malignant masses ,the wave of diastolic period often descend slowly. morphology of Time- Strength curve of breast cancer was :(1)up quickly down slowly and single shape;(2) up quickly down slowly and multiple shape; Parameter of Time- Strength curve of breast tumor :The time to peak of breast cancer was shorter than benign tumor .The mean intensity and the area under the curve of breast cancer was higher than benign tumor.The mean transit time of breast cancer was longer than benign tumor. Conclusions: High-frequency color Doppler ultrasound combined with real contrast ultrasound in determining vascular character of breast tumor can provide more valuable information in early diagnosing of breast cancer...
