| Objective:To explore the pathology mechanism of traditi-onal Chinese medicine of Bile Reflux Gastritis (BRG), put forward the academic new viewpoint of treating from "damp and turbidity",point out Shizhuozhongzu,Shengjiang shisi is the majorpathology mechanism of BRG,establish treatment rule of Fangxianghuozhuo, Tongjianghewei and Huazhuohewei Decoction prescription.Through experimental research ,observe the treatment role of Huazhuohewei Decoction for BRG in rats,and with the Metoclopramide carry out curative effect comparison,expound Huazhuohewei Decoction rolemechanism in treating Bile Reflux Gastritis. Method:Animal experiment adopt Sodium Tauroglycoch-olate,Pancreatin and Lecithin that fills stomach bring out rats model of BRG,4 weeks later,use respectively Huazhuohei wei Decoction and Metoclopramide and set up model control group observe self-cure condition.Experiment divides into 4 aspect for research discussions.Test 1 the acute toxicity experiment of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction.Test 2 after making mould , observe the effect on weight,the pH value of gastric juice and thegastric histopathological characteristics in rats of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction.Observe the general conditions of experiment rats'hair lustre ,movement and the state of mind of big rats ,eat condition , whether and the conditions such as death;Survey the pH value of gastric juice; Observe the gastric histopathological characteristics.Test 3,after making mould ,observe the effect of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction on the serum gastrin and PGE2 in the gastric mucosa.Test 4 ,observations Huazhuohewei Decoc-tion for little rats stomach intestines the influence that carries sport forward.Through experiment,discussing further the mechanism that BRG occur. Result: 1.The acute toxicity experiment of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction show:after feeding with the Decoction ,the little rats appare no obvious toxic symptom and death ,continous observation for a week ,all of the little rats survived,the basic condition of those was good.after a week , dissect the little rats,observe all of the important organs with eye and microsco-pe,appare no obvious histopathological characteristics.The biggest endurance dose was 900g/kg ,which is 102 times to clinical normal dose. 2.The effect on weight,the pH value of gastric juice and the gastric histopathological characteristics in rats of Huazhuo heiwei Decoction show:Compare with those of the normal control group ,model control group and each treatment group rats general condition,have the change of different level.Hair lustre ,movement and the state of mind of big rats,eat condition in normal control group are the best than other groups. Metoclopramide control group , Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big,middle,small dose group is better.The model control group is the worst. 4weeks later, Compare with those of the model control group,the Huazhuoheiwei Decoction middle dose group and Metoclopramide control group can improve their weight,have notable discrepancy(P<0.05),but the pH of gastric juice has no change.The infiltrating degree of gastric mucosa inflammatory cells:Compare with those of model control group,the normal control group has significant discrepancy(P<0.01);the Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big middle dose group has discrepancy(P<0.05). The obvious relief to disease of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction group and Metoclopramide control group indicates Huazhuohei wei Decoction can alleviate the congestion and edema of gastric mucosa and infiltration of gastric mucosa inflammatory cells. 3.The effect of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction on the serum gastrin show:Compare with those of the normal control group,the model control group is lower significantly(P <0.01),Huazhuoheiwei Decoction small dose group is lower (P<0.05);Compare with those of the model control group, Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big,middle,small dose group and Metoclopramide control group is higher significantly(P<0.01). The effect of Huazhuoheiwei Decoction on PGE2 in the gastric mucosa show:Compare with those of thenormal control group, the model control group is lower significantly (P<0.01), Metoclopramide control group is lower (P<0.05); Compare with those of the model control group, Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big,middle,small dose group and Metoclopramide control group is higher significantly(P<0.01). Huazhuoheiwei Decoction can improve the serum gastrin and PGE2 in the gastric mucosa and strengthen the nutrition and defence function of gastric mucosa through affecting the secretion of gastrointestinal hormones. 4.Huazhuohewei Decoction for little rats stomach intestines the influence that carries sport forward show: Compare with the normal control group, Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big dose group promote the sport of stomach intestines,there are significant discrepancy (P < 0.01),and Compare with Cisapride control group, Huazhuoheiwei Decoction big dose group does better,there are discrepancy (P <0.05).Promoting the sport of stomach intestines can make it empty quickly,alleviate the damage of mucous membrane. Conclusion:1.The writings are on the basis of forefathers'exposition about pathological mechanism and treatment of "stomachache","Piman", "Caoza",suggest that the traditional Chinese medicine of BRG is Shizhuozhongzu, Shengjiangshisi mainly ,which have established treatment rule of Fangxianghua zhuo, Tongjianghewei with Huzhuohewei Decoction prescript-ion. 2.The safety range for clinical application of the decoction is big and clinical fact dose for adult is safe. |
