The Pharmaceutical Study And Pharmacodynamics Research Of Yansukang Aerosols

Yansukang aerosols consist of Moschus , Margarita, Artificial Calculus Bovis, Venenum Bufonis, Realgar, Borneolum0 It has a good effect treating Acute Pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis according to clinical experimentation for many years .The effective rate is 100% and 90%. The TCM formula is better combining the theory of TCM and the modern research and clinical experience into one.On the premise of reliable effect in clinic , It's pharmaceutics and pharmacology were systematic studied so that setting up the foundation of the preparation standardization and the new medicine's report to higher body.The first in this study, extrative condition were researched and the best preparation process were determined. In quality standards studies, the study on TLC identification method for Borneolum, Venenum Bufonis , Margarita and Calculus Bovis was carried out.Then we established the content determination method of Borneoium and Artificial Calculus Bovis.Determination the content of Borneol and Cholic Acid.We also studied the preliminary stability about three types of Yansukang aerosols by constant temperature acceleration tests(40 °C,75%).In medical effects, the lowering effect was researched to Acute Pharyngitis of animal made model, in this study , the effect to anti - inflammatory , ease pain , immunity and bacteriostasis was determined. In acute toxic test, the maximun tolerance dose was also determined.The experimental results have shown that the TLC spots of Borneoium, Venenum Bufonis, Margarita and Calculus Bovis were very clear in the prepartion. and had repeatabi1ity. The content of Borneo! is not lower than 1. 8mg/ml. The content of Cholic Acid is not lower than 0. 50mg/ml .the stabilities, sensitives, recoveries accord to the demands of qualitative analyses.These method can be used as a quality content method.The preliminary stability result indicated that characters , indentification, test, contentdetermination unchanged in six months, it showed that the quality of Yansukang aerosols is stabilized. The pharmacological results have proved that this preparation has a better functions to Acute Pharyngitis and acute tonsillitis. And the acute toxic test results have proved that Yansukang aerosols is low toxicity,and take it is safety and effective.
