Research Of Relationship Between The Mirror Image Of Peritoneoscope Of Patients Suffer From Sterility Led By Pathological Change Of Pelvis And Clinical Symptom Type

Background: The peritoneoscope is an important means for the diagnosisand treatment of sterility, particularly in case of chronic pelvic infection. Some of the research has been done through observation of those pathologic changes using a pertitonescope.Purpose: The aim of my research is to find out an inner relation betweenthe peritoneoscope images and the diagnosis using Traditional Chinese Medicine, so that can enrich and expand TCM diagnostic methodologies.Method: Collect medical information concerning sterility in-patientsfrom February 2004 to 2005, specifically their clinical symptoms, disease history, laboratory results, the characteristic tongue color and pulse, etc. The information is then statistically analyzed.Result:1. Among all 67 sterility cases, all had pelvic cavity pathological changes, and chronic pelvic inflammation was the most commonly encounter.2. Among different types of TCM symptoms, stagnation of vital energy and blood stasis, asthenia of kidney and depression of liver-energy, asthenia of kidney and cold-evil, asthenia of kidney and blood stasis, deficiency of yin and blood stasis, wetness-heat evil and blood stasis within the body were the most common.3.
