Material and Methods 1 Tissure specimen41 cases gastric carcinoma specimen were surgical operation specimen of Qing Dao peoper Hospital in1996~1999.Contral group, 14 cases chronic gastritis specimen were gastroscope biopsy specimen. 2 Method was immunohistochemical SP. Results1. There were negative correlation between the expression of p53 and p21 in gastric carcinoma.2. The expression of p21, p53 and Cyclin E in gastric carcinoma had no relation to the pathologic factor such as size of tumor, metastasis casec etc.3. There were significant differences between one year existence and five year existence of Cyclin E positive cases.Conclusion1.Gastric carcinoma was result of multigenic acting together.2.Overexpression of Cyclin E can cause proliferation out of control and result in gastriccarcinoma. It might be a referenced indicator of bad prognosis.3. There were negative correlation between the expression of p53 and p21 in gastriccarcinoma. It indicate that p53 and p21 might play an important role in developing ofgastric carcinoma. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | p53, p21WAF1/CIP1, Cyclin E, gastric carcinoma | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
