Stress is a non-special reaction of body to exoteric stressor. No matterwhat is the quality of stressor, the body will do the same reactions. Whenthe organism faces some deleterious physiological stressor as chilliness, anoxic situation, and exsanguine situation, it will fight or flight. At thesame time, sympathetic nerve system (SNS) dose emergent mobilization, following fast heart beating, pulse increasing, bronchia dilatation, pupilexpansion, blood sugar rising, cruor function increasing and systemic bloodredistribution to renew inner condition balance. Selye called it generaladaptation syndrome (GAS) with its character that adrenocortical functionenhancing, thymus and lymph atrophy, mucous membrane of alimentarycanal bleeding or canker. GAS is usually divided into three courses:alarming, resisting and crocking up. In the first section, the body producesadapting reaction, not on the top level. If stressor still exists, it will comeinto resisting course. In this course the body will mobilize all resistingmechanism to resist damage stressor. If the resisting course did notcompensate dysfunction, then the third section will come and bringadjustment disease even death. Mason and Lazarus think that GAS is notdirect effect of physiological stimulation but psychological reaction. Theyemphasize that stress is not only lie on the character of external stressor butcognizing and response. Psychological stressor could change originalhealthy life stile and behavior pattern. So, the effect of psychological hurton nerves, incretion and immune system has been more recognized. Moreand more research show that psychological stress is the important factor tohuman heath. And there is specific relation between psychological stressand disease as heart disease, hypertension, diabetes and so on. Our research is aimed at the influence of test stress on students'humoral immunity functions with different personality, and its geneticbackground. We stochasticly select 24 college students in grade two, male13 female 11, aged between 19-21. EPQ test separate them extraversionstabilization, extraversion instability, endocentric stabilization, endocentricinstability. We exsanguinate from elbow vein in the day before test and thefirst weekend after holidays to detect immunoglobin and complement toknow humoral immunity functions. Paired-sample T test show that C3 andC4 obvious increase in the day before test (P<0.05). IgM and IgA levelsincrease in the day before test, but have no statistical significance than thatof the day after holidays (P<0.05). IgG decrease before test withnon-significance (P<0.05). The cortisol level was measured byradioimmuneassay (RIA) to know if they were in stress. The data showsthat there is obvious increase of cortisol in the day before test. (P<0.05) Wedetected MICA allelic polymorphism by PCR, and analysed thecorrelations with antibody and complement changes. The primer was basedon the 'High Resolution Molecular Phototyping of MICA and MICBAlleles Using Sequence Specific Primers'. The primer sequences ofinternal positive control were derived from human tumor necrosis factoralpha(TNF α). The results show that there are 12 positive cases of PCR intotal as well as all the internal controls were successfully amplified, that isto say, 50% of alleles (12/24) were determined. The data shows that there isno obvious increase in cortisol, immunoglobins, and complements. Thus,we conclude that test stress influences substance basis ofincretion-immunity. Immune changes are not linked with polymorphism inMICA*008. The personality is not the factor to effect body's reaction topsychological stress.
