Objective:to copy the NAFLD models through feeding the Wistar rats with food containing 20% corn oil ; to discuss why the models can be copied successfully and the role of intestinal edotoxiemia (IETM) in it;Methods:using compound food containing 20% corn oil to feed Wistar rats and ordinary food to control groups and then collecting samples to determine the level of lipid of serum and liver tissue ,the activity of plasma ALT,the content of plasma HA and the content of plasma endotoxin;meanwhile we observe the degree of fatty denaturalisation, inflammation and fibrosis in liver cells through HE staining,VG staining ,Sudan IV staining and transmission electricity technology; Results:after feeding the rats for 14 weeks, the results indicated that the content of plasma endotoxin elevated insistently from the fifth week till to the fourteenth week, during of which it reached the highest at the eleventh week;the content of plasma TGF- β1 started to increase from the seventh week, also does the plasma TNF- α from the nineth week, and at the eleventh week the content of them both reached the top level, and at the fourteenth week the content of them was still higher than the control group;at the nineth week serum HA level began to increase and reached the top at the fourteenth week;from the nineth week the content of serum and liver tissue lipid and the activity of plasma ALT all started to be higher than the control group till the end of the experiment;liver histological examination indicated that at the fifth week fatty denaturalisation appeared, and the NAFL came into being from the seventh week ;while from the...
