| Objective: To explore the risk factors of salpingemphraxistic infertilitas. Methods: A hospital-based case-control study was performed to investigate the characteristics of 200 cases of salpingemphraxisticinfertilitas and 200 pregnant women through questionaries and clinical examinations. Conditional logistic regression model was used for uninvariable and multivariate analysis on SPSS 12. The risk factors include BMI, family history, anaphylaxis history, menoxemia, RTIs, birth control methods, drinking, artificial abortion, other abdominal operation history except abortion, and tuberculosis etc. Results: Data from multiple conditional logistic regression analysis showed that salpingemphraxistic infertilitas was positively associated with anaphylaxis history (OR=12.671 , 95%CI : 4.221~38.042), menoxemia (OR=6.959 , 95%CI: 3.397~14.258), vaginitis (OR= 17.246 , 95%CI: 4.244-70.081), cervicitis (OR=4.059, 95%CI: 1.895-8.698), appendagitis (OR=3.496 , 95%CI: 1.209~10.106), drinking ( OR= 1.720 , 95%CI : 1.001-2.958), artificial abortion (OR=8.536, 95%CI: 4.359~16.715), other abdominal operation history except abortion(OR=6.588, 95%CI: 2.530~17.158) and tuberculosis (OR=3.651, 95%CI: 1.279-10.422), but was negatively associated with first sexual activity age (OR=0.647, 95%C7: 0.473~0.885), health protect actions (OR=0.572, 95%CI: 0.350~0.936).Conclusions: The risk factors of salpingemphraxistic infertilitas seemed to include anaphylaxis history, menoxemia , vaginitis, cervicitis, appendagitis, drinking, artificial abortion, other abdominal operation history except abortion and tuberculosis. However, first sexual activity age delayed and health protect actions probably act as the protective factors for salpingemphraxistic infertilitas. |
