| Objective: Cervical carcinoma is the first disease which result in death of female. The reason of that is the clinic therapeutic to Cervical carcinoma is bad. And the common three theraphy to patient who is in the advantage stage is very limit. In these days, lots of studies illustrate that the canceration of unerine week tissue attribute to HPV. HPV infects the in vivo factor of patient, leads to the abnormity of cell multiplication and accommodation of apoptosis. Inducing cell apoptosis have been the focus in curing oncosis .In many research, we found the cytoplasm became acidation when cell apoptosis by inducing factor. So to illustrate the relationship between them is very important to either the mechanism of cell growth or cell apoptosis by using medicine to change Phi . The acidation of cytoplasm is a main character of apoptosis ,and is concurrence with cell apoptosis .It can influence some important genes correlative with apoptosis and activity of enzymes. We guess there may be a model pattern in cell apoptosis : Cell programmed or environmental factor change the reciprocity of genes and cell signal system →Influence the Phi→Influence some genes and enzymes correlative with apoptosis → Cell apoptosis . So acidation of cytoplasm maybe a marshal of those inducing factor in cell apoptosis. Na+/H+ exchanger (NHE1-6) are ion exchanger protein. NHE1 is regarded as a housekeeping gene. NHE1 can adjust Phi , the volume of the cell and proliferation of cell. NHE1 is non-activity when it is in the physiological station. In nonage phase of proliferation it is activated by blood serum and growth factor, and brings to alkalization. NHE1 in the plasma membrane can exclude H+ in vivo which depend on high concentraction Na+ in vitro. This process can be inhibited by amiloride and the anolog of amilorid, such as EIPA.
