| Object: To study the changes of spleen cells CD4+ cells and T helper subtype I andII (Thl/Th2) in mice model of systemic allergic airway disease and to explore effectsof TCM Jude-screen powder on anti airway allergic disease.Method: Thirty Balb/c mice were randomly devided into three groups: normalcontrol group, TCM group, model group, 10/group. The membrane and plasma ofCD4+ helper T cells were marked by CD3PC5+CD4FITC+INF-γPE/CDaPC5+CD4FITC+IgGlPE,CD3PC5+CD4FITC+IL-4PE/CD3PC5+CD4FITC+IgGlPEmonoclonal antibodies respectively. Th1 and Th2 cells were counted and the ratio ofThl/Th2 cells was calculated.Results: The total drop epithelial cells counts of model group were significantlyhigher than TCM group (P<0.01). The level of Th1 cells and the ratio of Th1/Th2 inTCM group were significantly higher than other two groups (P<0.01). The levels ofTh2 cells in TCM group and model group were significantly higher than normalgroup (p<0 01), however, there is no significant difference between control and modelgroup.Conclusion: TCM Jude-screen powder used in a mouse model of airway allergicdisease can increase Thl cells level and elevate Th1/Th2 ratio. Th1/Th2 ratiopromotion may play an important role in airway allergic disease with using TCM Jude-Screen Powder. |
