Due to the human being's activity ,chemical materials released to the environment and affect the endocrine syslem of human being dna animals . the reproduction function of a variety of creatures including human being and can induce formation of neoplasmata genitalis,ect..It has been indicated that organitin which has the quasi-estrogen effects can affect the fundamental reproduction function of creatures and disturb the homones secrction ,causing productive and genetic dysfunction .As a kind of antiparasite drug ,it is intimate relative our everyday life .It is reproduction toxicology to mammals remains to be intensively studied. Objective To discuss the effects of DBTD on the content of procreation in male rats and measure the content of T , NO, NOS, and the other enzyme in testicle tissue in rats after sub-chronic toxicosis. At the same time in search of forepart target of it's toxicity and discuss maginabale mechanism of procreation toxicity. Method This study divide the 5-6weeks olds rats into four group. three is dose group ,one is control group. Dissolve DBTD to use corn oil by gastric intubation .Dose group is 5mg/kg ,10mg/kg ,20mg/kg , once the other day , continuum 11 weeks . weigh up the weight once the other day .After completing poison ,take blood by methold of vein and separate serun by automatic to check it's content. measure the content of ACP ,ALP ,LDH ,NO ,NOS in testicle tissue. To measure the weight of testis and epididymis . Take one side of epididymis to take sperm's count and observe deformality rate .At the same time ,we can observe the change of testis by pathology . Ruslt 1.Measure of weight: the weight of control group ,low-dose group and media dose group were increased by installing fluid into stomach, especially control group was increased more obvious, low-dose group was second ,and media-dose group was the last one, but high-dose group'weight was decreased. 2.Absolute weight of testis and epididymis: All dose groups were decreased comparing to control group, but there was no obvious difference(p>0.05). 3.Sperm count and deformation rate: The quantity od sperm was obvious decreased with dose increasing and each dose group was difference comparing to control group(p<0.05). The sperm deformation rate was also increased with dose increasing, and there was obvious difference between each dose group and control group. 4.T's content in serum: T's content in serum was decreased with dose increading, and there was obvious difference in each dose group comparing to control group.
