Clinical Analysis Of Arthroscopic Treating On Knee Joint Deseases

Arthroscop technology, which is a new orthopaedic operation technology comes following with the modern medical developing. It is a significant revolution in the articular surgery that the arthroscop'naissance and applying into the clinical therapy. It has many virtues. In clinical diagnology,because arthroscop is able intuitionisticly to display the change s in the arthrosis on the monitor, and it also can take out some abnormal tissues for biopsy, that the X-ray, articular angiography, CT, MRI can unable do. It is a remarkable method in dignology. and in clinical therapy, as it avoiding cutting off the tissues, it will change the interior surroundings very little and the abnormal leg will exercise sooner. So, arthroscop technology has important value in recovery and reducing the sequelae after operation. For some deseases, using arthroscop will get better effect than other methods. In this paper, we want to evaluate the diagnostic and curative effect of arthroscopic on the ordinarial keen joint deseases. In this paper, from April, 2002 to April, 2005, we collected177 patients (188 keen joints) with keen joint deseases which were diagnosed and treated by the arthroscopic.
