| Object: To observe the influencing factors of patients'prognosis with intracranial aneurysms after surgical treatment and share in our experience by following up and reviewing 181 cases. Methods: We divided 181 patients into five groups according to GOS, and observed the influence of age, hypertension and/or atherosclerosis, improved Fisher'scale, Hunt-Hess scale, surgical time and hydrocephalus to prognosis, and analysised the reasons of dead cases. Result: (1) The patients whose age was over 60 got worse outcomes (P<0.005); (2) The patients with hypertension and/or atherosclerosis got worse outcomes(P<0.005); (3)According to improved Fisher'scale, the patients who were devided into 2 and 3 grade got worse outcomes(P<0.005) and high rate of suffering from DIND(26.8%,33.3%); (4) The patients whose Hunt-Hess scale was over â…¢grade got worse outcomes(P<0.005); (5) The patients with hydrocephalus after operation got worse outcomes(P<0.005). Conclusion: The effective influencing factors conclude: patients'age over 60, hypertension and/or atherosclerosis, poor grade of improved Fisher'scale, poor grade of Hunt-Hess scale, and hydrocephalus; improved Fisher'scale can indicate the degree of cerebral vasospasm after operation and high rate of suffering from DIND can be found in poor grade patients; choosing surgical time depended on Hunt-Hess scale is... |
